As clearly as this name is written, I can find nothing and suspect it is misspelled.
My best guess (maybe 50-50?) is that this is Jim C Rasmussen (20 Sep 1896 in Iowa - Jan 1969) and his wife Alma. They lived in Tyler, Lincoln, Minnesota and had at least seven children.
